👉 You will need a light set of weights. Jericho uses 5's and 8's. From what I’ve heard, start light!
👉 The modifiers are to the right of the screen. In the actual workout program you will see them more . Don't judge the level of difficulty of the program to this sample workout as there are many ways to work yourselves up to the moves with the modifiers that will be seen better in the actual program and this is a mashup of many workouts.
👉There are some moves that Jericho talks over about the program during a move change so just keep an eye out for that (take note of this in the beginning during the lightening bolt). She does explain the moves more in detail on how to do them in the actual program.

                                         Healthy Protein Balls

You can freeze them and pack them in the kids lunches!

Protein Balls:
-2 scoops/packets chocolate shakeology
-2 scoops/packets vanilla shakeology
-4 cups Quaker Oats-quick oats
-2 cups natural peanut butter
-1 cup honey
- 1 cup mini baking M&Ms
-1/2 cup dark chocolate mini morsels 

Mix together and form into balls.

Would you believe me if I told you these were HEALTHY?? 😍
Omgosh - they look SO good and the ingredients are clean and for a dessert...this is pretty darn clean! Not to mention full of protein, low in sugar, and packed with vitamins and minerals!
I am ALL ABOUT living a life of nutritional balance - while I don’t advocate eating treats like this ALL the time I definitely believe that there’s a place for this in life - cuz, I mean, who doesn’t enjoy indulgence every once in awhile. And bonus when those “treats” are even healthy-ish!? That’s the message I teach and prepare my clients with for success...and truth be told an important component of mental preparedness!

Dough Ingredients:
2 cups of oat flour 
2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology
1 1/4 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt 
4 tsp honey 
2 tbs unsweetened applesauce 
8 tsp liquid egg whites 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
Filling Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Icing Ingredients
1 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
Unsweetened Almond milk
Dash of vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.
For the dough, mix dry ingredients together first then add in wet ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Knead together until you get a stiff dough. Roll dough on floured surface into a long rectangle. Spread filling mixture onto dough. Starting from the long end of the rectangle, roll dough into a long tube. Cut roll into 16 slices. Place rolls on greased baking dish, evenly spaced. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together icing ingredients with a mixer. Add enough almond milk to get the desired consistency you want.
Remove cinnamon rolls from oven and drizzle with icing.
