                                         Healthy Protein Balls

You can freeze them and pack them in the kids lunches!

Protein Balls:
-2 scoops/packets chocolate shakeology
-2 scoops/packets vanilla shakeology
-4 cups Quaker Oats-quick oats
-2 cups natural peanut butter
-1 cup honey
- 1 cup mini baking M&Ms
-1/2 cup dark chocolate mini morsels 

Mix together and form into balls.

Would you believe me if I told you these were HEALTHY?? πŸ˜
Omgosh - they look SO good and the ingredients are clean and for a dessert...this is pretty darn clean! Not to mention full of protein, low in sugar, and packed with vitamins and minerals!
I am ALL ABOUT living a life of nutritional balance - while I don’t advocate eating treats like this ALL the time I definitely believe that there’s a place for this in life - cuz, I mean, who doesn’t enjoy indulgence every once in awhile. And bonus when those “treats” are even healthy-ish!? That’s the message I teach and prepare my clients with for success...and truth be told an important component of mental preparedness!

Dough Ingredients:
2 cups of oat flour 
2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology
1 1/4 tsp baking powder 
1/4 tsp salt 
4 tsp honey 
2 tbs unsweetened applesauce 
8 tsp liquid egg whites 
1/2 tsp vanilla 
Filling Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Icing Ingredients
1 oz fat free cream cheese
1/2 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
Unsweetened Almond milk
Dash of vanilla

Preheat oven to 350.
For the dough, mix dry ingredients together first then add in wet ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Knead together until you get a stiff dough. Roll dough on floured surface into a long rectangle. Spread filling mixture onto dough. Starting from the long end of the rectangle, roll dough into a long tube. Cut roll into 16 slices. Place rolls on greased baking dish, evenly spaced. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together icing ingredients with a mixer. Add enough almond milk to get the desired consistency you want.
Remove cinnamon rolls from oven and drizzle with icing.

Breaded Chicken Tenders With Lemon and Broccolini

This healthier breaded chicken fingers recipe is the grown-up version of chicken nuggets. We think you'll like them even better than the fried and frozen variety. My kids LOVED THEM!!

  • parchment paper
  • ¼ cup whole-wheat flour
  • ½ cup whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs
  • 8 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated, divided use
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon peel (lemon zest), finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup butter (preferably grass-fed), melted
  • 1 lb. raw chicken tenders
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning (salt-free)
  • 12 oz. broccolini
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 400ΒΊ F.
  2. Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Place flour on a medium plate. Set aside.
  4. Combine bread crumbs, 6 Tbsp. cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper powder in a small bowl; mix well. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
  5. Combine lemon juice, lemon peel, garlic, and butter in a medium bowl; mix well. Put aside ¼ cup of lemon juice mixture.
  6. Dip each chicken tender in flour, completely coating, then lemon juice mixture, then bread crumbs; coating each evenly on all sides. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. (Discard any lemon juice mixture that has been used with raw chicken.)
  7. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes, turn chicken tenders.
  9. Place broccolini on the side of the pan. Drizzle broccolini with 2 Tbsp. reserved lemon juice mixture and sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. cheese. Top chicken with lemon slices if desired. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle, and broccolini is tender-crisp.
  10. Drizzle chicken with remaining 2 Tbsp. lemon juice mixture right before serving

Easy Turkey Chili

This was a BIG HIT with my kids! They LOVED the Sweet Potatoes in the Chili! 

Made with a side of Corn Bread for them of course. ( wink wink )

  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. raw 93% lean ground turkey breast
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 medium red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes and chilies (like Rotel®)
  • 1 (8-oz.) can all-natural tomato sauce no salt or sugar added
  • 2 small sweet potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. ground paprika
  • ½ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped flat leaf (Italian) parsley (optional)


  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. 
  2. Add turkey; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until turkey is browned.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
  4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, sweet potatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and paprika. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; gently boil, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender.
  5. Evenly divide chili into four serving bowls; garnish with parsley, if desired.

80 Day Obsession FAQ

The internet has been blowing up for weeks with everyone clamoring for more information about Autumn Calabrese’s upcoming fitness and nutrition program 80 Day Obsession. And with good reason, because if you’ve seen the “before” and “after” photos coming out of our test group, then you know you’re in for an amazing challenge that’s going to reshape your entire body, especially your abs and booty. All while getting incredible support and motivation as you work out with Autumn and the cast! To help answer the most frequently asked questions, we decided to put them all in one place. So keep reading and get ready to get obsessed!

Q: Where can I find 80 Day Obsession?

A: The 80 Day Obsession program will be available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand. As a Beachbody On Demand member, you’ll get 80 unique workouts, plus the starter guide, eating plans, workout calendar, and tracker sheets. You’ll also be able to watch Autumn’s quick start tips and eating plan tips videos, plus Weekly Obsession videos, where you get to go behind the scenes with Autumn and the cast as they share their real-life experiences with 80 Day Obsession.

Q: When does 80 Day Obsession launch?

A: 80 Day Obsession launches on January 15, 2018. The first week of videos will be available the day before, and after that, each week’s workouts will be launched on Saturdays at 9PM PT until all 80 workouts are live on Beachbody On Demand, where they’ll stay permanently so you can do the program as many times as you want.

Q: Is it available internationally on Beachbody On Demand?

A: Yes! At this time, Beachbody On Demand is available in the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Q: Can I have access to the eating plan early so I’m prepared when it launches?

A: Yes! The 80 Day Obsession starter guide, eating plans, and workout calendar will be posted on Beachbody On Demand on January 8, 2018. At that time you’ll also be able to watch the quick start tips and eating plan tips videos, where Autumn shows you how to be successful with your fitness journey, timed-nutrition, and meal prep.

Q: What equipment do I need for 80 Day Obsession?

A: You will need weights: light, medium, and heavy, depending on your fitness level. (Autumn and the cast use anywhere from five pounds up to 40-pound weights.) You’ll also need Beachbody Resistance Loops, Beachbody Strength Slides, and Beachbody Portion-Control Containers for your eating plan. Optional equipment includes a Beachbody Foam Roller and the Beachbody Core Comfort Mat. You can purchase everything (except for the weights) from your Team Beachbody Coach in convenient, specially-priced 80 Day Obsession equipment packages or on

Q: Do the strength slides work on carpet?

A: Yes, the Beachbody Strength Slides work on carpet and hard floors. They come with removable booties so they’ll slide on a variety of surfaces. If you work out on carpet, don’t use the booties. If you work out on a hard floor like tile or wood, put the booties on so you can slide more easily. And if you work out on a rubber floor, you may need to put down a towel or blanket and use the slides without the booties.

Q: My resistance loops are different than the ones Autumn and the cast use in the workouts. What do the colors mean?

A: The three resistance levels that Autumn and the cast use are:
Yellow = Light
Green = Medium
Blue = Heavy
NOTE: The Beachbody Resistance Loops are different from the Strength Bands used in Brazil Butt Lift. The loops used in 80 Day Obsession have more resistance.

Q: How should I care for my resistance loops?

A: To ensure the longest life, you should store your resistance loops in a cool, dry place out of the sun. Before each workout, check your loops for nicks or tears. If you see any, throw that loop away and get a new one. You can purchase replacement loops as a stand-alone item from your Team Beachbody Coach or on TeamBeachbody.combeginning February 1, 2018.

Q: How many workouts are there? How long are each of the workouts?

A: There are 80 unique workouts in three phases, and each workout has a particular focus — Booty, Total Body Core, AAA, Legs, Cardio Core, and Cardio Flow. The moves may repeat in a phase, but Autumn changes the sets and rep patterns week by week so you keep making progress. And in each new phase the workouts are totally different, with brand-new moves to challenge you all over again. And since the workouts are filmed live, it’s never the same experience twice — it’s like having Autumn as your personal trainer every day!
The 80 Day Obsession workouts are 30-60 minutes in length, with most averaging 45-60 minutes. You’ll work out six days a week, with one rest day (Sunday). Because of this schedule, the 80 workouts are spread over 13 weeks. Rest days are not counted as part of the 80 days.

Q: Can beginners do 80 Day Obsession? What intensity level is it?

A: 80 Day Obsession is best for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. It’s not a beginner workout, so you should already have a base of fitness before attempting this program. If you’re not sure whether you’re ready for this challenge, don’t worry! You can start with several rounds of A Little Obsessed, Autumn’s five-day introductory program that launches on December 20, 2017. A Little Obsessed has shorter, 30-minute workouts featuring some of the moves and equipment from 80 Day Obsession. You can also begin with Autumn’s other beginner-level programs, like 21 Day Fix or Country Heat, and work your way up to 80 Day Obsession.

Q: Is there a modifier in the workouts?

A: Yes, there is a modifier in every workout. She will demonstrate a slightly less intense version of some moves, but she doesn’t lower the intensity to a beginner level.

Q: What is a 80 Day Obsession eating plan like?

A: The 80 Day Obsession eating plans are based on the concept of timed-nutrition. This is how Autumn eats, and what she recommends for her personal training clients. Timed-nutrition is simply eating the right foods (especially protein and carbs) at the right times to help fuel your workouts, build muscle, and recover from workouts while keeping your metabolism and energy levels high. Over the course of the day, our bodies fluctuate between breaking down muscle and building it back up. Timing your nutrition can help ensure your muscles have the protein they need during those building-up phases. That’s why it’s essential to follow the timed-nutrition plan to get your best results with 80 Day Obsession.
To make timed-nutrition even simpler, Autumn has incorporated the Beachbody Portion-Control Containers into the eating plans. You’ll find everything you need — including the starter guide, eating plans, and food lists — in the 80 Day Obsession program materials list on Beachbody On Demand.

Q: Are there vegan eating plans?

A: Yes! There are separate eating plans written just for vegans that also incorporate the timed-nutrition concept.

Q: What nutritional supplements do you recommend for 80 Day Obsession?

A: Because there’s never been an eating plan so specifically timed to maximize your results, both Shakeology and Beachbody Performance are important components of the 80 Day Obsession eating plans. Shakeology is an easy and delicious way to provide your body with the dense nutrition it craves every day for overall health. And Beachbody Performance provides targeted supplementation that’s ideal for giving your body what it needs at just the right times to help you get better results. Q: How much space do I need for this program?

A: You will need a six-foot by six-foot space for most of the workouts.

Q: What kind of shoes work best for this program? Any recommendations?

A: For the safest and most effective use of the program, cross-training shoes with good lateral support are ideal. You can try on several brands and styles to find the fit that suits you best.

Q: Can someone with bad knees do 80 Day Obsession? Is this a high-impact program?

A: If you have injuries or knee problems, you should consult your physician before engaging in any exercise program. Some of the workouts have high-impact moves, but you can follow the modifier for a lower-impact alternative.

Q: I’m concerned about how to fit timed-nutrition into my job or lifestyle. What if I can’t eat at certain times, or if I work out very early in the morning and I’m not used to eating first?

A: Following Timed-Nutrition is the best way to get results, because you need this fuel for energy, muscle-building, and recovery. We’ve designed the program to accommodate workouts at almost any time of day. Your eating plan will show you what and when to eat in your workout block, which is a 4- to 5-hour window surrounding your workout. You can move your workout block meals around to fit your schedule (we give you examples so you can see exactly how it works).
But we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t follow the program exactly. We recommend eating before your 80 Day Obsession workout — and we provided a few pre-workout meal options — but if you just don’t have the time, that’s OK. Eat the recommended containers as a meal later in the day.
Do what you can to follow the Eating Plan, modifying if you need to. Even if you can’t time things perfectly, continue to eat all your containers, spacing your meals 2–3 hours apart. You’ll still get great results.

Q: Is there an 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack?

A: Yes! Q: Do I have to start 80 Day Obsession on a Monday, or can I start it any day of the week?

A: You can start this program any day of the week as long as you follow the workout calendar.

Q: How does A Little Obsessed work with 80 Day Obsession?

A: Think of A Little Obsessed as your crash course to get ready for 80 Day Obsession. It’s a five-day introduction to the moves, equipment, and nutrition you’ll get in the full program. A Little Obsessed workouts are shorter, about 30 minutes compared to the 45- to 60-minute workouts (on average) in 80 Day Obsession. And some of the moves are slightly easier. We recommend that everyone do several rounds of A Little Obsessed to work their way up to the more challenging 80 Day Obsession workouts. The A Little Obsessed eating plans are also a great way to introduce yourself to the concept of timed-nutrition.

Q: When will A Little Obsessed be available permanently on Beachbody On Demand?

A: All five A Little Obsessed workouts, plus the workout calendar and eating plans, will be available for free to anyone on Beachbody On Demand from December 20, 2017 until January 14, 2018. Starting on January 15, 2018, A Little Obsessed will become part of the Beachbody On Demand member library, accessible to everyone who has an all-access membership.

Q: How does this program compare to 21 Day Fix EXTREME?

A: Aside from the length (21 days vs. 80 days), 80 Day Obsession has a more specific ab-and-glute focus and goes even further to dial-in your results with timed-nutrition. Both programs help you shed fat and get lean, but 80 Day Obsession really targets your core and booty to flatten your abs and lift and firm your butt at the same time. And the 80 Day Obsession workouts are longer overall. Also, both programs use the portion-control containers, but 80 Day Obsession takes it a step further by offering a comprehensive timed-nutrition schedule.

Q: I’ve heard there’s no music in the 80 Day Obsession workouts.

A: It’s true, the workouts do not have music. But Autumn has created playlists of some of her favorite songs that you can play during your workouts. The playlists will be located in the 80 Day Obsession program materials list on Beachbody On Demand.

Q: What is Weekly Obsession and why should I watch it?

A: Weekly Obsession is a behind-the-scenes video series that takes you through the entire 80 Day Obsession journey with Autumn and the cast. You’ll watch each video on Sunday to prepare yourself for the upcoming week. Autumn will share tips and advice to help you get your best results, plus you’ll hear the cast’s personal experience as they face their own challenges and victories.
